We want you to love your custom gear for a long time! Please follow these care tips to keep your vinyl or DTF (direct-to-film) designs looking fresh.
 
✅ 1. Wait 24 Hours After Purchase
Before your first wash, please wait at least 24 hours after purchase. This helps ensure the heat-applied customization fully sets.

🔄 2. Turn Inside Out
Always wash your garment inside out to protect the custom design from friction and wear.

🌡️ 3. Cold or Lukewarm Water
Wash in cold or lukewarm water (below 30 °C / 86 °F). Hot water can weaken the adhesive or cause dye migration on vibrant garments.

🌀 4. Gentle Cycle
Use a gentle or delicate wash cycle to reduce stress on the decoration.

🧴 5. Mild Detergent
Use a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners — they can break down the adhesive and shorten the life of the print.

🧊 6. Hang Dry or Low-Heat Tumble Dry
Air drying is best. If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat and remove promptly to prevent overheating.

🧵  7. Ironing
If ironing is needed, turn your garment inside out and place a cloth between the iron and the design. Use low heat only.

✨ Thank you for supporting TCS Apparel & Design! Following these steps helps you get the best wear from your custom pieces.

Approved artwork is kept on file for future reorders. Minor updates or size adjustments can be made as needed.

Are there design or setup fees?
Yes. Design fees may apply if artwork needs to be adjusted or recreated. These typically range from $5–$25, depending on the complexity of the changes required.

Is there an embroidery digitization fee?
For embroidery orders, if we do not already have an embroidery-ready file on file from a previous order, a one-time $35 digitization fee applies. This file can then be reused for future embroidery orders.

  • Mockups: typically 3–5 business days
  • Production: once mockups are approved and all order details are finalized, production is approximately two weeks, depending on current workflow

At TCS Apparel & Design, we strive to provide you with high-quality custom apparel tailored to your unique preferences. Our commitment is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please take a moment to review our return policy regarding customized items.

**1. Customized Items:**
All items that are customized or personalized are crafted specifically for you, based on your individual design choices. Due to the unique nature of these items, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on customized products. This policy is in place because once an item has been personalized, it cannot be resold to another customer.

**2. Order Confirmation:**
Before placing your order, please carefully review your customization options, including size, color, design, and any other personalized details. It is crucial to double-check your selections to ensure accuracy, as we begin processing your order as soon as it is received.

**3. Quality Assurance:**
We take great pride in the quality of our custom apparel. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly address the issue and work towards a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

**4. Cancelation Policy:**
Due to the immediate start of the production process for customized items, order cancelations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancelations will not be possible.

**5. Returns for Non-Customized Items:**
If you have purchased non-customized items alongside personalized ones, our general return policy applies to the non-customized items. Non-customized items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in unused, unworn, and resalable condition. Returns for non-customized items may be subject to a restocking fee.

**6. Return Process:**
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@twocraftsisters.ca . You will be provided with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.

**7. Refund or Exchange:**
Upon receiving the returned item in satisfactory condition, we will process your refund or exchange, as per your preference. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be processed promptly.
