Getting custom apparel should be simple. That’s why we’ve streamlined our process into three clear steps, from sharing your ideas to picking up your finished order. Here’s how we bring your vision to life.

How It Works

STEP 1 - Submit Your Information
Submit details, logos, ideas, and project requirements.
TCS reviews the submission and follows up with pricing and quoting.
STEP 2 - Approve Your Mock-ups & Details
We finalize mock-ups, confirm placement, names, numbers, and colours. Once everything is approved, we issue invoices and prepare for production.

STEP 3 - Payment, Production, Pickup & Shipping

Once the order details are approved, we send out the invoice. Production begins once payment is received for custom orders. After payment is processed, we move the order into production.

Turnaround times

Mockups: Typically 3–5 business days.

Production: Once mockups are approved and all order details are finalized, production is approximately two weeks, depending on current workflow.

 

FULFILLMENT OPTIONS

We offer shipping for larger orders if required.
We are located in Cloverdale, and local pickup can be scheduled for nearby customers.
